Information you provide
WhatsApp is the primary enquiry channel. When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, you share the information in your message and the details associated with that channel. The Tally questionnaire is recommended after initial contact to help prepare a discussion about your project; it collects the information you choose to enter in its fields. Please avoid sending identity documents, banking details or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Purpose of enquiries
Enquiry information helps the team understand your request, reply and prepare next steps. Making an enquiry does not, by itself, mean you have engaged a service.
External services
Links to WhatsApp, Tally, Instagram and LinkedIn open external services with their own privacy policies. Website hosting and DNS use Cloudflare. Web requests may generate technical records, such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser details, for service delivery and security. Business email is managed through IONOS. The team arranges meetings through Google Meet. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which sends requests to the font provider. Providers apply their own processing terms and may process information in other countries. Review the relevant service's policies before sharing information.
Retention and requests
WhatsApp, Tally and email enquiries are archived two weeks after the last contact. Archiving is not deletion: personal details remain stored. Archived records are retained while necessary to handle the enquiry, an ongoing business relationship or applicable legal obligations; there is no single fixed maximum period for all cases. Jesús Casas periodically reviews records and permanently deletes personal details that are no longer needed. This is a manual process; the website does not automatically delete enquiries. To request information, access, correction or deletion of your data, email jesus@casasgroupdubai.com.
